The Visual Voice: Communication Design Alumni Exhibition Layton Gallery
Nearly 500 MIAD alumni work in the communication design field, producing publications, web sites ads, and more. This juried exhibition draws on outstanding examples of communication design by MIAD alumni throughout the country.

Senior Thesis Exhibition Layton and Brooks Stevens Galleries
MIAD's annual rite of spring returns for 2005. The best MIAD seniors have to offer in painting, drawing, photography, printmaking, sculpture, communication design, illustration, industrial design and architectural and interior design. Works by more than 100 artists and designers, exhibited throughout the campus.

Recent MIAD graduates and the school's studio faculty combine their talents in this exhibition which showcases the educational interrelationship between these two segments of the MIAD community.

The Mary L. Nohl Suitcase Fund Exhibit
This exhibition is a selection of some of the diverse artists who have received travel awards from the Mary L. Nohl Foundation over the first two years of the program. These awards enable Milwaukee-area artists to travel to exhibition venues across the U.S. and around the world. It also provides a means to communicate to the wider world, the level of excellence in much of the art produced here in Milwaukee. New Work from the Seventh Floor Studio
Introducing the art work from the Bayview studio where several of our most talented alums work. Along with the other artists working in this large space they will be exhibiting examples of the high-quality art produced there.

An installation by Jin Soo Kim with additional works selected by the artist, who will also be producing a major public art piece in Milwaukee's Historic Third Ward neighborhood. The exhibition presents a unique opportunity to view what went on behind the scenes in the creation of the public work, as well gaining a better understanding of the artist by viewing other works from her repertoire.
